Best Practice to upgrade VMware view 5.3

Hi Team ,

Current My desktop infra is running on Vmware View 5.1 and I am looking forward to upgrade it to 5.3 . I currently have Two option in mind.

Option one :-- Build new infra on 5.3 and than migrate user on it.

Option two :-- Stop all the services VCENTER/VIEW/Composer one by one and than upgrade them by ruuning 5.3 exe file.

Please let me know what is the best option in running production Environment.

Both are valid, option 2 is probably less time consuming but more downtime for the users.

Have you looked in the upgrade guides?
