Benefits of Vcenter in a non-shared storage environment

If I get essentials plus kit for my three servers what real benefits will I have if I don't have shared storage?

Assuming you are using vSphere 5.1 or later, Essentials Plus allows you to vMotion both Host and Storage, i.e. live migrate a VM from one host with local storage to another host with local storage. In addition to this vCenter Server allows a single management instance, alerting, ...

Hi, don't you have shared storage only for the vCenter VM? Without shared Storage you can move between datastores since vSphere 5.1, but you don´t have sVMotion with essential plus license, i think's that you miss this feature. Another great feature missed, is HA. This is applicable to any VM in non-shared storage.
