Automatic startup timing

We have 4 windows XP images on our server.

They are all setup via the vCenter to start at 1200 second intervals(20 min)

However when when we reboot the server we get the following

Win1 starts 16:00

Win2 starts 16:20

Win3 starts 16:25

Win4 starts 16:45

As you can see WIn3 starts 5 minutes after Win2 despite it being configured exactly the same ans Win1 to Win4

For the application we are using it for it is critical that we have the time gap between startup.

Has anyone any ideas why it is doing this and how to get the intervals the same

Tony

Are these VM's part of a vApp?

There is an option to start the next as soon as VMware Tools are responding, do you have that one checked?

Hi Linjo,

No they are all unchecked, the reason being we want to make sure that a windows XP machine has completed it's startup before the next one is started
