Authentication Sources like ldap server integration with vcloud

i have an doubt suppose my company is hosting service provider and using vcloud and now we are providing the service to company called company A then company A has it's own ldap server do we need any trust between my domain and company A domain and if yes which trust relation one way or two way?

Most probably your domain need not to have any trust relationship with your customers domain. Now a days service providers company uses "Federation services" like Microsoft.
