I am not sure about the root cause .. But I have heard that tentatively it will be fixed in ESXi 5.1 update 2.

Thanks. I really wish they would release root cause so we can know our exposure. Any guesses on update 2 release date?

ya me to wish that they would put out a cause on KB so that we can test out options. But they must have their good reasons to not release the cause.

we are currently running on ESXi update 1 patch 5. Guess update 2 should be soon. because ESXi 5.5 beta has already been released.
