An application (/bin/vmx) running on ESXi host has crashed (1 time(s) so far). Core file Attached

Had a crash which affected one of the VMs with

"An application (/bin/vmx) running on ESXi host has crashed (1 time(s) so far). A core file might have been created at /vmfs/volumes/60d63bc0-68033818-105f-3cecef286e7c/node8/vmx-zdump.000"

At the same time, another VM showed this

Both VMs use Intel SGX, virtualized via Vmware to be shared by the two. Other VMs (don't use SGX)  also had issues at the same time, but the dump seems to be the best place to start looking into this.

I've password protected the dump to prevent search engine indexing of it. The password is "communities". Additionally, I could not attach the file here, didn't work. It's at https://mega.nz/file/KYgAXIiI#keBu8wapbO21wtTJ3_YNyPC8t_G8Ung_W1NqCAyQ_qI

Please let me know what else I can provide. I'd need at least a clue whether this was an application or HW malfunction!
