All Paths vmhba1:C0:T0:Lx is Dead !

There are 3 ESXi 5.1 Hosts in a cluster.

For a particluar ESXi Host (Host2), we find that the all vmhba1:C0:T0:Lx  paths are dead.  On the other hand, we don't get any error message from the SAN / FC Switch / Hardware Status at ESXi Host.

We just wonder where is the most likely part of failure.  We guess it should be the port on the FC Switch (with SPA0 attached) that connects to HAB 1 is dead.  Is this guess correct ?

Thanks
