Adobe Acrobat Full Flashes when editing a document

I have a client that needs Acrobat Pro installed to edit documents on a VMWare Guest.  Whenever I install it and edit a document, as soon as you begin to type, the screen flickers on each character typed.

Has anyone else experienced this?  I jacked the video ram all the way to 128 on the guest, but that's about the only additional option I've tried.

Hi and Welcome to the communities,

There are few things you can provide us to get more insight on the system:

- ESXi version

- Guest  which is being used

- HW version of the VM

- I do hope that the vmware tools are updated in the guest.

Also, when you perform the editing operation on the file, try to look at the vmware.log [/vmfs/volumes/datastore/VM/vmware.log] for any interesting messages?

We're running ESXi 5.0.  HW version is 8, Guest is running Windows 2008 R2.  VMWare Tools is up to date.  No interesting messages at all.
