Adding more than 4GB RAM to a Server 2008 32 Bit VM

Hi, can you tell me if it's possible for a Server 2008 Standard 32 bit VM to see more than 4GB RAM? I have enabled PAE but it has made no difference. Is there something specific that needs to be done as it'sa VM?

This is a Windows Limitation:smileycry:

Even with PAE enabled 4GB is maximum on 32bit see insert collected from link :

2008 server 32bit standard has a memory limit of 4GB this is a limitation of the operating system itself
