I've been reading and seeing different responses and solutions to adding storage to an existing ESXi 5.1 u1 config. I'm waiting on Dells openmanager to add 1.5TB of storage.
Once this is done, I'm reading were it want see the additional storage. Some people had to rebuild and saw were one added storage to a LUN, then did a scan of the storage adaptor, then the storage was available
Anyone have any input, steps, kb articles or something fhat can get us through this without a rebuild and backup and running?
