Adding VMnic to vsphere client

HI there,

I have esxi 5.5 running on DELL 2950. 1 of the Nic is Intel I350-T4, I have installed the driver igb-5.2.7-1331820-offline_bundle-2157967.zip. When I run "lspci" I can view on ssh terminal as below

0000:0a:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit Network Connection [vmnic2]

0000:0a:00.1 Network controller: Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit Network Connection [vmnic3]

0000:0a:00.2 Network controller: Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit Network Connection [vmnic4]

0000:0a:00.3 Network controller: Intel Corporation I350 Gigabit Network Connection [vmnic5]

Also when I run vmkload_mod -l | grep -i igb I get

igb      0      176

But I can't view and configure on vpshere client. Any suggestions ?

Thank you in advance.

The igb driver is prone to experience an issue related to NVM checksum.  Check /var/log/vmkernel.log for messages containing:

igb 0000:0a:00.0: The NVM Checksum Is Not Valid

If the NVM issue exists, you might look here for information on using a manufacturer utility to fix the NVM issue:
