Add VIB during install

I apologize in advance -- I'm certain this question has been asked many times.  However, the search function on the VMWare communities is "not good."

I am installing the latest 6.7u3.

Apparently ESXi does not have a drive for my storage controller.  I have located it on VMWare, and have the VIB file.

How do I add this driver in during installation?  Is there a way to drop to a shell and run esxcli commands?

Thank you in advance.

I'm not certain if there was a better/easier way, such as manually adding the driver during installation.

However, the instructions found here allowed me to build a custom ISO with the driver added to the image.
