Add Administrator@vsphere.local To SSO Administrators Group

BY DEFAULT ADMINISTRATOR@VSPHERE.LOCAL IS THE PART OF SSO ADMINISTRATORS GROUP BUT IF IT IS DELETED HOW TO ADD IT BACK AND WE HAVE NO OTHER SSO ADMIN.

If there's no remaining user or group in the Administrators group, you may need to reinstall vCenter Server.

from vSphere 5.5 Documentation Center

Caution

If you delete the administrator user in the vsphere.local domain, you can no longer log in to vCenter Single Sign-On. Reinstall vCenter Server and its components.

In case of the vCenter Server Appliance I think "root" is also a member.
