For my old 6.5 installation I had to download the Adaptec/Microsemi aacraid drivers for my https://storage.microsemi.com/en-us/support/raid/sas_raid/sas-6805t/ and create a customised ISO installation disk to have it working with ESX.
Now I've upgraded to ESXi 6.7 via command line, it works out of the box but I don't see the status of the controller/RAID under Monitor/Storage any more.

Am I reading well that in 6.7 my controller (6805T is supported out of the box with no vendor vib needed?
If so how do I go replacing the aacraid/CIM from 3rd party to vmware without reinstalling everything?
