Accessing a VM via winscp

Hi,

Can any one help me in connecting a Windows 2008 VM via WinSCP. Is it possible? Im trying to access the 2008 VM from Windows Machine using win SCP. It gives me connection refused error. Tried opening the FW ports also for 22.
