Accessing Vsphere clients via Remote desktop

I'm running Vshpere on a blade server. I've created 3 VM's on the server, but I cannot seem to find the right syntax to access the VM's via Remote desktop. The ip address is 192.168.2.100 and the VM is called MVP2TMS.

How do I access this in Remote desktop?

Did you enable remote desktop in EACH of the VM's?

When you try to RDP into "Server", do you type "IP address/hostname for blade server" or "IP address/hostname for VMs"?

The RDP client would have MVP2TMS (or the corresponding IP address) in the Computer text box. Verify that Remote Desktop is enabled and the firewall on MVP2TMS is open for port 3389 or Remote Desktop.
