Access VM via internet

Hope I am posting in the proper place.

I am looking for information or if someone can tell me the steps needed to setup my enviorment so I can access my VM's from home via the internet.

I am not looking to get into the bios and stuff I am looking so users can access thier VM's from home to get to thier applications and such. Also can't specify who gets what VM using the View Manager? So lets say vm-123 is normally my VM when I log in from home thats the VM I would be assigned to.

if you have decided you want to use VMware view then this is the wrong place to be asking these questions and most of the posts here are mostly irrelevant. If you would like I can move this whole discussion to the VMware View forums where you are likely to get far more responses from those knowledgeable in VMware View.
