About CPU Settings On EXSİ

Hello, I have 5 linux virtual servers on vmware ESXI.

Here are the cpu settings for each virtual server. (1x AMD Ryzen 5 5600X)

 A PHP-based game server software is running on virtual servers. Sometimes CPU usage goes above 100% on virtual servers.

Are these settings correct to get maximum efficiency or should I make a different setting, can you help me? (All virtual servers are used heavily.) Thank you in advance.

You may want to start with adding an additional vCPU and see if that helps anything.

Also, check if there is a memory spike around the same time. See if you also need to increase the memory.
