APD issues

Hi,

In our customer environment, even after applying APD patches, we are seeing APD messages in logs.  fdisk -l will not provide the the detals of LUNs.

Only rebooting of ESX server is solving the problem.

Environment is ESX4.0 with update2

Any fix or solution to resolve this problem once for all.
