APC UPS with Esxi

i am using vmware esxi 7 and APC SMC 1500 ups, now the virtual machine (Win 2019) able to see the usb ups connected to host and can perform safe shutdown once the ups lost its input power,

now i want to shutdown the Host which is vmware vSphere 7, since i do not have network ups, is there any way to control the host machine from windows, so once the window server is shutdown the vmware has any setting to auto shutdown.
