HI,
Having some issues with guest shutdown on a ESX Host.
The APC does initiate a shutdown of the host on power failure, however the host does not gracefully shut doen the guests.
VMware Tools is installed, and the option to shutdown guest is selected on the hosts shutdown properties...
Can anyone help..? i think i possibly need to run a script to shut down the guests - as from the apc i can call a script..but i have no idea what script and where to place it..
