ADD PATCH TO ISO

I´m trying to install a new eSXi on a new machine and receive the following error:
Shutting down firmware services...
Page allocation error: Out of resources
Failed to shutdown the boot services.
Unrecoverable error

There is an KB about this and an update (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/76159) but don´t know how to apply the patch (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/rn/esxi670-201911001.html) or upper into the ISO
