When upgrading Hypervisor 5.0.0 to 5.1u1 will it update all of my host? I have two separate data stores

It will update only the Host you upgrade.
I meant all my virtual machines inside each datastore
virtual hardware upgrade is manual.
The VMs should still be there and can be powered on after the upgrade of the host.
Well that was simple... I was thinking this was going to be difficult..
