I did the upgrade via vCenter5, it finished then ( 2nd time this has happened)
1. cant connect to via vCenter
2. cant connect to it via the vClient.
3. it pings
4. console works
5 SSH and shell enabled.
6. I am going to guess all the iSCSI will be invalid as well.
(unless someone says different, the upgrade process is not fixed.)
did you upgrade the license from v4 to v5?
