hello,

can anyone help me...what does this means????does this means that there are any problem with anything that i might be facing in the present or in the future?

It appears that your host lost network connectivity to your NFS server.  Have you checked the logs on the NFS server to see if there were any issues at the time of the ESXi error?

hi

i don't think it is because of the host lost connection to the NFS, because the NFS and the host are in the same local network. the NFS and the host are conected directly with a gigabit switch. do you have another reason why does this happens......

no, i haven't found any solution yet, and i can see this on every time the backup schedule run

What ESXi build are the hosts?  In the latest pack there a number of fixes for NFS, one in particular might be relevant:

If you are using a backup application that utilizes Changed Block Tracking (CBT) and the ctkEnabled option for the virtual machine is set to true, the virtual machine becomes unresponsive for up to 30 seconds when you remove snapshots of the virtual machine residing on an NFS storage.
