Physical NIC -- USB Network adapter RTL8153 -- ESXi on Arm Fling (Build 18427252)

Hi all,

Somebody with problems when adding aditional Physical NIC?

This is my workbench:

ESXi on Arm Fling (Build 18427252) in a RPi4 8GB (Installed last version VMware-VMvisor-Installer-7.0.0-18427252.aarch64.iso)

Reading documentation I've seen the "ESXi700-VMKUSB-NIC-FLING-39035884-component-16770668" as a VMKUSB driver to use for RTL8153  network adapters.

In my case: tp-link UE300 V3

After completing the following steps, Nothing happens, the component was installed successfully and lsusb command (via CLI) shows physical adapter.

All help is welcome

I've seen (deep google search) one post talking about in v7.0.1 was solved/added but I wonder whether was on other architecture, you are right

Do you know if VMWARE are thinking about add support to this driver/component?

Hi, do you mean the driver has been added to ESXi 7.0.1 for x86?

As for ESXi Arm Fling, there's no public roadmap.
