I am testing on a Gigabyte R281-T91 server. Everything appears to go smooth. Installation, configuration, and creating a guest OS.

I am able to boot a guest OS with no trouble.
However after a few minutes (probably 5 -6 minutes) the ESXi host (and guests) loose network connectivity. I can go in an manually restart the management network using the server's console. Or if I wait a few minutes it comes back by itself.
