mapping a drive (2 domains)

Hi,

I am able to map a drive using DEM when I log on with my domain1 account. If I log on with my domain2 account (which has permissions to the drive), it says network path not found. It still shows \\servername\myusername that it is trying to map but has the network path not found. I have tried the IP and the FQDN but no luck. However, my profile is definitely looking at that share to store my Desktop without any mapping. It can find that \\servername\username if it's mapping my profile to it. It's the drive mapping that won't work.

Also, when logged in as my domain2 account, I can manually map the drive. This problem occurs whether I am using a domain1 workstation or a domain2 workstation.

Any help would be so appreciated!

Thanks

Hi,

Can you check the path that you configured in DEM for drive mapping. Is it same as you are using to manually map the drive when logged in with your domain2 account?

DEM uses that remote path to map the drive.  Also, can you share DEM debug level logs for this session?
