Hi,
We are having issues with our startmenu on newer versions of windows 10 (2004,20h2).
You can use it once but after you login the second time it fails and you have to log off. Once this is done this issue for that user can be solved only by uninstalling and reinstalling windows.
this is a known issue and it has a fix for vdi:
Startmenu fails to load on Windows 10 2004 and later(x32bit and x64bit) (78047) (vmware.com)
But we dont use vdi we use fat clients. Is there someone that managed to fix this for fat clients?
We also have a case open with vmware support but they dont seem to find it either.
