In the past we had to implement a ConditionSet for a 'bug' in the conditions in Immidio Flex+. When only user created shortcuts, made on the desktop, need to be saved... and shortcuts managed with UEM (former Immidio Flex+) should be removed at logoff an ConditionSet had to be made which checks an registry entry. At logoff a script adds first an registry entry X, then performs a shortcut refresh and based on the ConditionSet, the managed shortcuts are only removed. Second. The check on 'Undo at logoff' at the shortcut is executed later as the save for personalization.
Since this is a ordening in the source code a proper fix in code would be nice.
