VMware DEM - app notifications settings

Hi All,

we use since few years already Instant Clone VDI with VMware DEM.
Our guest OS is: WIN10 20H2

I saw that after each logoff all existing settings regarding "app notifications" will be lost.
So after logon to a fresh vdi there is no existing entry off any application listed below "notifications & actions" --> "get notifications from these senders"

It should look like this:

 But it's completly empty..

Which rekey/file do I need to add to my UEM config?
