User's DEM profile is not getting saved after adding network printer and nor set default printer. Every time the network printer has to be reconnected and drivers installed in floating pool non-persistent session.
We have not configured any config setting in the DEM 2103. Do not redirect client printer(s) Enable in VMware ADMX GPO

Computer Configuration > Administrative templates > VMware View Agent Configuration/VMware Integrated Printing>Do not redirect client printer(s)>Enable

Please suggest and share any config setting for DEM

Is your DEM policy named "Network Printers"? 

 Skipping disabled config file '\\mydrive\SharedDataDept\VDI\DEMCONFIG\General\Windows Settings\Network Printers.INI

Many Admins Pre-Install the Printer drivers into the Master Image so that step is no longer needed, dramatically increasing the Printer Mapping function.  I install about 20 different drivers.

There are two scenarios here: 

1. If you want to allow user to map their own printers + give them control to set the printer as default then:

* Open DEM Management Console

* Click on Personalization Tab

* Expand Windows Settings and Right-click on "Network Printers" and Enable it. 

2. If you as an admin want to manage the printer mapping and manage default printer then: 

* Open DEM management console

* Click on User Environment Tab

* Click on Printer Mappings and Click create

* Then fill all the fields and click Ok. 

Note: You can use both the options above together preference would be given to 1st Scenario
