UEM and Outlook profiles

Hi all,

I have an Issue with UEM and Outlook profiles. I'm using instant clone desktop pool and the user must create his outlook profile each time he log-in.

I Run easy start and reditect the UEMprofile.

when I checked the Debug Logs for the user Archived logs, I found the following error.

Hi Hozaifa_M,

Your log file only contains path-based imports, which would explain why no settings are being saved... Did you configure FlexEngine to run from a logoff script?

Also, why exactly are you redirecting all those profile folders? It's fine to do that for the ones that contain user data, but redirecting AppData is typically not a great idea.

we I've already configured the Log-off script, I don't need to redirect App Data, I was troubleshooting  only   Import\Export outlook profiles for VDI users with IC desktop pool.

also, I need to mention that I didn't configure Mandatory profile setting steps on the UEM procedures on tech zone articles.

the last point

what is the correct method to write the log-off script.

C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe -s

or

"C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe -s"

or

C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe

and then ad -s on the parameter filed on the GP editor scripts console

This depends on how you do the logoff. Are you using FlexEngine in a CMD/Batch script, then use the following in that file:

"C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe" -s

Are you using FlexEngine.exe directly in a logoff GPO then use the following:

Script Name:

C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe

Script Parameters:

-s
