Hi We have a case in randomly few users don't get their redirected profile. We are using the below versions
1) Horizon 7
2) Appvolumes 2.11 ( Users using Wv UIA)
3) UEM 9
4) Symantec Av
Please Advice
Please share the UEM logfile in debug mode with me. This should be the log from a user that has a issue.
What folder have you redirected? Only Document, or more?

We have desktop, documents, Favorites and App data redirected. I have requested the team to collect the debug logs once available will post them.
Is it possible to provide your mail id for sending the logs.
