UEM Configuration Share access

Hi!

So... I have a bit of a problem managing my companies UEM Users. I suddenly cannot make changes to users' configuration share.

1) I Have read/write access to the share paths in Explorer.

2) I previously had access using my administration credentials.

3) Checking AD, I have the correct groups associated with administering UEM.

I'm not entirely sure where to go with this. The team above me who takes care of the servers doesn't know why this is happening, either... and this is a problem because UEM tickets are piling up.

Any comments, questions, statements are welcome. Like I said, I don't know where to take this.

Try this link, http://www.carlstalhood.com/horizon-group-policy-and-profiles/

I could be one of the following;

  • Lost Share permissions
  • Access Based Enumeration

This is a snippet for the link above, make sure your permissions did not get changed.

\\server\UEMProfiles

  • UEM Admins = Full Control
  • UEM Support = Modify
  • UEM Users = Read/Execute, Create Folders – this folder only
  • Creator Owner = Full Control
