Horizon view: 8.0
DEM: 10.1.0.959
Desktop VM: Win10 20H2
after we enable startMenu roaming in DEM, the below error appears randomly during desktop login, it is dedicated link clone pool and floating link clone pool and issue exists with both.
we have tried to enable flexdebug log level and it was confirmed the importing/exporting all good, nothing can be found from Win10 App/sys event log when the issue appears, and the nothing can be found from Win10 WER report so that the startMenu app not crashed.
just logoff and login with same user the issue persists too, and if change to another lcoal user ID to login it will be fine. to register the startMenu in powershell and logoff and login again it will be fine too, but issue may comes again in future.
and recently we have the startMenu disabled and the startmenu.zip file delted from DEM user profile folder but the issue persists and even more frequently. I know to recompose or refresh the desktop vm and keep startMenu function disabled that will be fine, but maybe I need to re-enable it again in future. so that appreciate for any advice on it. thanks in advance.
