Start Menu not Working

Using Horizon 7.0.4 and UEM 9.3.0.804

I'm not sure if this is a specific UEM or Horizon issue, but here goes:

New Pool - Windows 10 Enterprise 1709 - Set to Automatic 3d rendering

Everything works perfectly, until the linked clone is logged out or rebooted and the user re-logs in. Then the start menu doesn't work - clicking it just results in a spinning circle, but nothing else, eventually there will be an error about start menu not working.

Anyone any ideas?

What kind of profile type are you using? Mandatory or local?

at the moment, local - I have applied the fixes in the suggested thread, but it makes no difference.

We had the same issue and had to add an exclude line into our snapvol.cfg
exclude_path=\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository
