Reference:  Symantec Encryption Desktop (formerly PGP Desktop) Folders, Services, and Registry entries

It is not suggested Symantec Encryption Desktop (PGP) Whole Disk Encryption be installed with this package.

If your environment manages user data (RE: Documents) via another solution, remove line 9 from the INI file.

This also assumes that the User's Documents folder is located in %UserProfile%\Documents

Have you managed to package Symantec desktop?  Is there a recipe?

When I try my capture PC blue screens!

Sorry for the late response on this, I didn't get a notification of the comment.  I do presently have a working App Stack for Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2.15337 x64, if that's what you're asking.  I don't recall doing anything special to capture the stack other than using our standard transform.  I believe the key is to ensure you're not installing Whole Disk Encryption.

Are you using the pgp.zip from this page or does your pgp.zip look different?  The config file on this page does not seem to be working for me and my customer who is using 10.3.2.15337.
