Horizon pool desktop issue : no network card

Hi,

I have create a new master with the latest UEM agent installed without optional component (just Flex Engine).

All my virtual desktop fails during the personnalize step with no network.

Effectively, when I open a local session in one of this desktop through the console, the VMXNET3 card is not installed (unknown peripheral).

Must I reinstall VmWare Tools and View Agent after the install of UEM Agent ?

Anyone have other idea ?

I had occurred same error.

But, the same error no longer occurs. It could not be reproduced.

Just in case, I have to login local computer's administrator when install UEM Agent.

Hello,

We had the same issue with Windows 7x86 and VMXNET3 card.

Install Microsoft path "Windows6.1-KB2550978-x86.msu" fixed this issue.

Workaround: before shutdown virtual desktop, uninstall networkdriver (vmxnet3) without delete the driver in Windows 7 OS.
