Fixed - 1607 LTSB and 1809 LTSC Mandatory Profile with roaming StartLayout

Using UEM 9.1.0.175, I was able to persist the StartLayout of user that has a mandatory profile by slightly modifying my previously published .zip

I still have not figured out how to migrate the pinned items from 1607 LTSB to 1809 LTSC.

I added a pre export task:
