DEM slow login

We are getting very slow login when DEM has been enabled on persistent Win 10 VMs. In the log, it shows below error. Any suggestion to speed up the login/log off/reboot process and also to avoid this error.

Are you sure the permission in the share are correct?

On the shared folder, "Everyone" has full control. Is there any other permission required?

Hmm thats more open that I'd think with those access denied messages, if you look at the specific files  listed in the error messages what do the permissions look like there?
