DEM Profile - Copy & Paste

Some users do not have copy/paste from local clipboard disabled. The pattern is inconsistent, appearing sporadically for some users without any explanation in the logs other than, [FATAL] Flex config files path '\\simple.com\dem-dev-01\manager\general' not available -- Skipping import"

Did you check the config folder Share and NTFS permissions for these users? or if the path is available through network from these VDIs?

Also, Regarding to logs, "Paths Unavailable at Logon" Group policy behavior is set to "Skip import", so when the folder is not available or reachable by the client, it will not import any DEM configuration, if you change it to "Log off" users will not be able to login to the VDI when the config path is not available.
