Thank you for reporting that. DEM does indeed use the ReleaseId registry value, and it looks like that's been "stuck" at 2009 since Windows 10 Version 20H2, with the new version stored in DisplayVersion. I wasn't aware of that, and we'll pick that up for the next release.
