Create Shortcut for AppX (Modern Apps) like NEW Teams

Does anyone know how to create shortcuts for AppX (Modern Apps) like NEW Teams?

I tried it with the NEW Teams.

This is a NEW Teams shortcut duplicted in Windows.

Doing this in DEM doesn't work:

What i did i copied the shortcut from the shell:AppsFolder. and copied the scortcut to the startmenu/startup

Use this in your DEM shortcut config:

Target: %systemroot%\explorer.exe

Arguments: shell:Appsfolder\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MSTeams
