Citrix Receiver

Citrix Receiver

So the Citrix Receiver client stops prompting the user to enter their email address each login.  I tried to suppress the prompt through forcing the registry settings, but I didn't get it to work in the limited time I devoted to this, so it just saves the users' settings.

to avoid prompting:

somebody told me to rename the exe to CitrixReceiverWEB.exe

no clue if this helps, maybe....

This UEM package looks for the following executable:

*%ProgramFiles%\Citrix\ICA Client\Receiver\Receiver.exe

If your environment has the executable renamed, you'll want to modify the INI file and have the DirectFlexPath variable under the [Metadata] heading point to the correct location.

Has anyone figured out how to get citrix receiver to stop prompting to enter an email and set it up everytime?

With this UEM configuration, Citrix Receiver will only prompt the user once for email login.  Each subsequent login, the dialog box will be suppressed.  There should be a way to force the dialog box to be blocked on the initial login, as well.  I have not had the time to enact that solution, however.

This will suppress the prompt.  Rename the installer to CitrixReceiver.exe and copy it to your C:, then run this command:

C:\CitrixReceiver.exe /ALLOWADDSTORE=N
