Change Mouse Pointer Size and save it to the DEM

I'm unable to figure out how to save the mouse pointer size and other features of the mouse to the DEM can someone help me with that? DEM 2203.

I'm also looking for an answer to this.  I have a mouse settings config in our DEM but it does not seem to capture this particular setting as in your screenshot.
