Has anyone had any success capturing the device audio levels on Skype for Business (2016)? We are using the default Office UEM settings. I looked in Registry but couldn't find anything listed in there for those. Every time we sign into the machine the levels are set to around 40% which ends up being too low to be easily understood in calls.
(looking to capture the setting under Tools -> Audio Device [Speaker/Microphone/Ringer]. Most/all of the other settings seem to capture without any problem, but not those.
Windows 10 1709
Office built into Golden Image
Instant Clones, Teradici Audio Device set as primary/default audio source in Windows
Horizon Agent 7.7
UEM 9.6
AppVol 2.15
Hi Anobix67,
I haven't tried it, but I've heard that the following might work:
[IncludeRegistryTrees]
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\UCCPlatform\Lync

That worked perfectly, thank you very much!
Hi Anobix67,
Thank you for confirming! We'll try to make this available within the Management Console (directly, or via template download.)
Sounds great, thanks for the super fast feedback and assistance!
