Any Workaround to Allow Absolute Paths in DEM Application Blocking

I am starting to get annoyed having to constantly allowing application running from departmental shares. We have a lot of shares but the servers are the same. Is there a hidden feature to this?

Okay I found a way to do it. This has been bugging for a while now and I have not been putting much thoughts into it. I guess people tend to be creative when they are desperate.

\\servername\*\ - Works

\\servername\ - does not work and would return an error stating absolute paths are not supported.
