Workspace ONE UEM - MacOS - What is happening?

Hello,

We are using WOne for more than year and we were very satisfied with features, possibilities etc...

Recently we upgraded to Desktop Essential license, and everything was OK since last big outage that WOne faced.

From that point of time we have several issues, mainly with MacOS devices:

  • Freestyle Orchestrator workflows are not applying to all devices in smartgroup ; Workflows are not paused when we want to
  • Assigned Sensors not visible on device page in console
  • Assigned Scripts not visible on device page in console
  • Some profiles cannot be changed, error page appears
  • Some profiles cannot be deleted, despite the fact that they do not exist on devices (we checked each single device...)
  • Speaking of error page, it appears randomly when we want for example to make new assignment for app or profile

And so on and so on...

Currently I have 5 opened tickets, two of them high severity, opened beginning of November, still not resolved. Support is useless.

Does anyone knows what is happening with WOne?
