Cant convert linux machine

Hi there when i try to convert a linux machine from physical to virtual via VMware vCenter Converter Standalone i got this error

FAILED: A general system error occurred: connect (`10.0.0.97'): Network is unreachable connect (`10.0.0.97'): Network is unreachable connect (`10.0.0.97'):

Network is unreachable Network error. Host 10.0.0.97 key can't be retrieved. (return code 2)

i set it but do sent work again i try all thinks but idk what happening

now i install vmware esxi on my local pc via vmware workstation and now i can clone it but cant clone in my dedi vmware server

An easy way to check the connectivity is to try connecting (ping, ssh) from the source machine to another VM in the same virtual network.

There is a misunderstanding. I meant to log in some machine that is in the same VM network where you would have the destination VM (the result of the conversion). And from there connect to the source Linux machine.

This pc is on vm host and i can ping and can login from this but cant convert it
